Policies

We endeavor to give you our very best in order to enhance your experience at Nail Eagle. We appreciate your consideration and understanding to ensure that all of our customers have a great experience. Please take some time to go over our spa policies so we can better serve you.

Arrival

Schedule an appointment 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to check-in, relax, and enjoy a relaxing cup of variety of complimentary wine, water, Starbucks or Herbal Tea. Although we accept walk-in client when time permits, a scheduled appointment is highly recommended.


Payments

Payments for services has several options. Cash is always welcome. Credit and debit options like Visa, Mastercard, and Discover require a minimum charge of $10.

12 Days Service Warranty Policy

We know accidents could always happen, but you can come to us with confidence. Our 12 day service warranty will cover you from any such problems with no charge. If your gel polish is chipping or peeling we could do a touch up or re-polish depending on the situation or its condition. If your acrylic nails are chipped, lifted, or broken, we will repair it to achieve your satisfaction.


What Not To Bring

We suggest that you leave your valuables (i.e. jewelry) at home. Nail Center cannot be responsible for lost or stolen personal items or valuables.


Children

Our services are reserved for you and other clients for a total relaxation. For this reason and for insurance liability, no small children please, unless being serviced. Thank you.


Special Considerations

Please be sure to inform us (prior to receiving any of our services) regarding any health conditions that may complicate our services to you. Each client has the responsibility through their physician.


Gift Certificates

Our Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and all are subject to approval of purchased services. Nail Eagle Spa is not responsible for any Gift Certificate lost or stolen. (must also present Gift Certificate at time of service)


Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in any service. Gratuities may be given at your discretion in appreciation to the staff for outstanding service.

A 'general' guideline is 20-30%


Disclaimer

When you pick your own choice of colors but are not happy with it. We will gladly redo it for you after the first coat. But not after the final coated is completed. There will be an additional charge if you wish to change.


Right of Refusal

Nail Eagle reserves the right to refuse service to any client.
